1、熟悉公司各項(xiàng)管理制度和物業(yè)集團(tuán)iso9001:2000質(zhì)量管理體系文件。

2、負(fù)責(zé)接聽物業(yè)集團(tuán)'總經(jīng)理熱線'來電,受理業(yè)主對(duì)各樓盤物業(yè)管理工作不滿意的投訴,并做好記錄。

3、負(fù)責(zé)高效、合理地將不滿意投訴事項(xiàng)書面反饋相關(guān)職責(zé)單位負(fù)責(zé)人。

4、對(duì)于重大投訴,須立即以專題匯告形式或口頭知會(huì)物業(yè)集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理親自處理。

5、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)、監(jiān)督各樓盤投訴處理的工作進(jìn)度。

6、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)每一項(xiàng)投訴的回訪,并做好記錄。

7、負(fù)責(zé)物業(yè)集團(tuán)'總經(jīng)理熱線'的考核工作。

8、與部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保持緊密聯(lián)系,保證信息處理渠道通暢。

9、負(fù)責(zé)熱線服務(wù)相關(guān)記錄、資料的保密和歸檔工作。

10、編制日、周、月接線工作報(bào)表,及時(shí)呈報(bào)物業(yè)集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

- being able to work as a project manager with other teams when have studio renovation or internal moving task: monitor, maintain status, and provide weekly reporting on open actions , organize the community of studio to well optimize the resources, and needs

- tracking actions to a thorough, professional and on-time completion, to include determining appropriateness of responses, taking appropriate action to ensure responses are provided by the due date, and coordinating with internal and e_ternal action officers as required

qualifications

- skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution.

- e_perience working the design of new processes and documenting improvements and the ability to direct implementation activities.

- proven work e_perience as a workplace officer, esp had e_perience of construction

- solid knowledge of office procedures/methodology, and it products

- e_perience with office management software like ms office (ms e_cel and ms ppt, specifically)

- strong organization skills with a problem-solving and service-oriented attitude

- e_cellent written and verbal communication skills, chinese, english

- attention to detail, honest,

- a team player, good humor is a plus

- does not mind e_tra hours if necessary
