職位描述：
職責描述：
1.負責事業(yè)部工藝質量管理工作，參加事業(yè)部生產調度會，落實生產調度令。
2.根據施工計劃制定施工圖紙、工藝文件的輸出計劃，并組織實施；監(jiān)控工作過程，解決工作中的問題，糾正輸出計劃實施中的偏差。
3.負責或協(xié)調技術中心制定重點修理項目的工藝方案，指導關鍵、特殊工序的落實執(zhí)行；參與技改計劃并協(xié)調落實，對生產提供有效技術支持。
4.審核工程質量控制計劃、措施，并組織落實；審核工程質量報告。
5.深入施工現場了解施工過程，及時處理現場出現的技術工藝問題；協(xié)助機電主管實施驗船師、船東代表的技術意見和建議；組織處理質量投訴和質量事故。
6.負責有關技術規(guī)范、標準等資料的跟蹤收集和管理。
7.參加對施工單位的質量考評。
職位要求：
1.25-35歲，大專及以上學歷，輪機、管系船舶與海洋工程等相關專業(yè)。
2.三年及以上船舶行業(yè)相關專業(yè)技術質量管理經驗。
3.具有較高的專業(yè)知識水平和較強的實際應用能力、產品質量管理水平，能進行相關工程設計、工藝方案制定和現場技術指導、質量檢驗。英語聽、說、讀、寫流利，文字表達能力強。

第3篇 工藝質量主管崗位職責
工藝及技術質量主管 貴州長江汽車有限公司 貴州長江汽車有限公司 職位描述:
1.確保汽車產品沖壓及焊接質量,對本車間出現的質量問題進行及時的處理,制定相應的整改預防措施,并監(jiān)督和跟蹤整改預防措施的落實情況;
2.根據生產計劃,做好生產過程中原材料的跟催,對完不成任務的班組及時分析原因,找出完不成任務的主要影響因素,并積極采取對策協(xié)商、溝通解決;
3.積極推行車間現場“6s”管理,做到現場物放有序、通道暢通、標志清晰、衛(wèi)生潔凈、無雜物、無積水、無油污,為員工創(chuàng)造一個環(huán)境潔凈優(yōu)雅的工作環(huán)境;
4.貫徹、執(zhí)行公司的成本控制目標,加強對車間原材料使用的控制,確保在提高產量、保證質量的前提下不斷降低生產成本;
5.深入貫徹公司的安全生產制度,加強本車間員工的安全教育,定期召開安全會議,定期對車間進行安全隱患排查,確保安全文明生產;
6.根據公司的考核辦法規(guī)定,嚴格要求本車間員工遵守本公司各項規(guī)章制度,并嚴格車間考核制度;
7.完成上級領導布置的其他工作任務。
任職資格:
1、年齡要求:28歲以上
2、專業(yè)學歷要求:機械、汽車、沖壓焊接技術,車間生產管理或者相關專業(yè),本科以上學歷
3、職稱、職業(yè)資格要求:大專
4、工作經驗要求:5年同類崗位經驗,3年以上客車行業(yè)車身焊接車間管理工作經驗,曾擔任助理職位為佳; 熟悉沖焊車間的運作及業(yè)務流程
5、其他技能要求:了解汽車覆蓋件沖壓成型技術、車身焊接制造的相關知識;熟悉沖壓生產工藝、車身焊接生產工藝和流程;了解沖焊裝車間生產管理、沖焊技術、沖焊設備、安全生產等方面的專業(yè)知識;熟練運用word、e_cel辦公軟件及掌握catia、auto-cad制圖軟件。
