任職資格:

(1)工民建、工程管理或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷。

(2)10年以上工作經驗, 其中5年以上中型以上房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)的工程總監(jiān)職位工作經驗。

(3)作為項目工程負責人全程地操作過至少兩個20萬平米以上項目的工作經驗,豐富的施工管理經驗。

(4)對房地產工程管理的各個環(huán)節(jié)有深刻的了解和獨到的見解;

(5)有較強的溝通、協(xié)調能力,會項目管理,有處理突發(fā)事件的應變能力;
