職責描述:

助理項目經(jīng)理, 項目管理部 上海高力物業(yè)顧問 上海高力物業(yè)顧問有限公司,高力物業(yè),高力 key areas of responsibility (kars):

- to develop and implement strategy and procedure for reporting, control and communications including status reports, templates, standards and documentation etc.

- read and understand documents defining the project, including, but not limited to, employer requirements, specifications lease contracts, property management agreement, and lease abstract.

- establish project scope of budget for the work; establish practical project time lines, required standards in the most cost-effective and professional manner.

- ensure all parties understand the above goals prior to start of design, and review scope with leasing agent for conformity with the lease.

- participate in preparation of appropriate lease provisions and e_hibits.

- establish purchasing procedures for consultants, contractors, etc. negotiate and prepare appropriate agreements for all parties necessary in the e_ecution of the work, including bid packages and contract documents.

- e_ecute proper tender assessments and provide proper analysis to the owner of the bids received, with a recommendation for selection of appropriate designers, general contractor when and where required.

- support other business lines when and where required to secure project management business.

- able to identify and capture any risks and e_ceptions and subsequently to monitor and manage them.

- to e_plore business opportunities and to reinforce major clients relationships

- to carry out any other ad hoc assignments as directed by your directors or the senior management.

required qualification, skills and attributes:

- bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction management, architecture, engineering, business or related discipline

- at least 5 years solid track records and construction management e_perience in running projects,

- e_perience in delivering high quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.

- good command of construction practices and techniques; title iii of ada, contract laws, project controls, fidic, and building support systems.

- proven development planning and e_ecution e_perience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues

- e_cellent communication skills, both written and spoken english.

- e_cellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.

- willing to travel occasionally to support major project activities.

項目管理部經(jīng)理助理崗位職責

職責描述:

1、負責項目群管理方法研究與落地,負責項目群的運營工作,掌握信息化項目的整體規(guī)劃、進度及相應(yīng)藍圖;

2、負責信息化運營的評估、發(fā)展和優(yōu)化;

3、負責參與重點項目工作計劃的制定,進行項目跟進和指導;

4、負責對重大運營項目進行分析并提供建議,開展各項專題調(diào)研與研究;

5、負責制定公司信息架構(gòu), 提出系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵需求,協(xié)助制定信息化建設(shè)方案;并在配合開發(fā)過程的過程中,根據(jù)需要及時提出需求變更和調(diào)整要求。

6、負責集團信息化風控、審計、合規(guī)等工作

任職要求:

1、全日制本科及以上學歷,計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)。

2、三年或以上管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有成功的部門管理或大型企業(yè)信息化治理經(jīng)驗

3、熟練使用office工具,較好的文字處理能力。

4、了解信息化項目管理、信息化審計、信息化考核相關(guān)知識,具有pmp、cisa、itil等證書者優(yōu)先。

5、作風務(wù)實,有較強創(chuàng)新意識,良好的溝通能力和工作責任心。
