風控合規(guī)專員崗位職責
合規(guī)風控專員 pingpong金融 杭州呯嘭智能技術有限公司，呯嘭 1、深入理解支付行業(yè)商戶的業(yè)務和需求，參與公司商戶風險管理體系的構建和落地;
2、執(zhí)行和完善商戶準入標準、機制和相應的曾策;
3、協(xié)助制定風險控制方案，跟蹤其監(jiān)控效果，給出優(yōu)化建議;
4、參與風險處置策略的編寫開發(fā)，按照合規(guī)和監(jiān)控的要求，進一步完善商戶管理的相關需求;
5、評估商戶、產(chǎn)品風險和相關需求，并按照風險程度、類型給出相應解決方案，后續(xù)跟蹤方案的落實。
任職要求:
1、 本科以上學歷，金融、銀行、法律等專業(yè)背景，有海外學習、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、合規(guī)等工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
2、 熟悉國內外各地區(qū)監(jiān)管政策、了解fatf等反洗錢最新咨詢者優(yōu)先;
3、嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ髯黠L，良好的邏輯思維能力和文字表達能力;
4、有良好的團隊合作意識，抗壓能力強，能夠適應高強度高要求的工作氛圍;
5、良好的英文書面表達能力和英語溝通能力優(yōu)先。
