2. 按照既定目標(biāo)完成年度開(kāi)店數(shù);

3. 新門(mén)市的尋找和開(kāi)發(fā),業(yè)主洽談,ssp等審核報(bào)告完成,合同條款內(nèi)外部溝通;

4. 開(kāi)店前協(xié)調(diào),開(kāi)店后維護(hù),定期pr業(yè)主,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)店數(shù)據(jù)更新。

任職要求:

1. 專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上連鎖行業(yè)同崗位或甲方招商工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2. 有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言組織能力,工作執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),高效率,具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí);

3. 熟練操作office軟件,具備一定的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)寫(xiě)能力;

4. 具備品牌連鎖門(mén)店開(kāi)發(fā)及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
