第1篇 電子物料采購員崗位職責
依相關(guān)部門的要求計劃,確保生產(chǎn)用原材料、輔料的準時到料,并確保來料的質(zhì)量符合公司的質(zhì)量標準要求。協(xié)助公司進行采購成本控制,不定時的向廠部總監(jiān)匯報采購工作的運作情況,有電子采購經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
任職要求:
1、負責新產(chǎn)品原材料的供應商開發(fā)、評審及考核;
2、負責供應商的評審、考核及管理;
3、負責生產(chǎn)所需的原材料的準時到貨,并保證原材料的質(zhì)量符合公司質(zhì)量標準要求。
4、負責來料品質(zhì)異常的及時處理及預防措施的跟進;
5、配合公司進行原材料的采購成本控制;
6、負責公司與供應商之間的良好溝通與交流;
7、完成其它部門的臨時采購需求;
8、完成上級交待的臨時工作任務;
9、向上級匯報工作。
第2篇 物料采購員崗位職責

1)e_ecute purchasing initiatives and strategies for indirect materials and services
2)mro supplier sourcing, pricing benchmark & negotiation and supplier selection
3)keeping the supplier information database accurate and updated in workflow
4)keeping the mro material prices accurate and updated in workflow
5)sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
6)daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
7)support mro manager on evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities.
8)support ach-p-mro manager on price negotiation for integrated items
9)mro process control , drafting, review, publishing, cascade to all plants..etc

1. responsible for following up bom materials and ensure stable on time delivery in the long term.
