崗位職責：
1、根據(jù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，銷售戰(zhàn)略，制定并組織實施完整的銷售計劃，領導團隊將計劃轉變?yōu)殇N售結果；
2、負責區(qū)域內銷售業(yè)務拓展，業(yè)務接洽、咨詢及關系維護， 完成銷售指標；
3、分解銷售任務指標，制定責任、費用評價辦法，制定、調整銷售運營政策；
