1.work with the distributor and reseller to set down the monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan to achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
2.manage and improve the distributor daily operation activity to meet the kpi target, include credit, forecast, inventory, sales report etc..
3.work with the distributor to set down the reseller development plan and marketing plan, and manage the distributor’s sales team to well e_ecute the plan.
4.coordinate the cooperation between distributor and t2 resellers to provide the better support and service to t2 and regional sales team, include credit, price, inventory, transportation, service etc..
5.plan and provide the proper support to distributor on credit, price, service etc. work with the related function team to solve the operation issues.
6.identify the new potential partners candidates, and develop the new distributor per the business requirement
